Rey Silo, the best and most authentic cheese in its class, is made using the richest milk from cows that graze the Asturian pastures washed in rain and abundant in grasses and wildflowers.

Using only raw cow’s milk and traditional methods Rey Silo has captured the best of the Asturian artisanal cheese tradition in an afuega’l pitu that is aged in our cellars in Pravia on the banks of the Nalon River.

Quesería Artesanal de Pravia is found in its state-of-the-art installations with leading-edge technology all serving the manual and artisanal process of cheesemaking scrupulously overseen by the master cheesemaker, Ernesto Madera López.
